What You Will Be Accountable For
Support Talent Team in driving talent management processes in a wide range of focus including employer branding, performance management, talent development and engagement
Work in collaboration with the HR Business Partners across Turkey, Caucasus & North Africa Area in executing and embedding Talent practices
Handle external partners such as agencies and training companies
Support Area employer branding actions and ensure alignment with global principles
Play a role in the implementation of diversity & inclusion strategy
Keep track of talent important metrics and trends regularly – analyse the outcomes
Support implementation of talent projects
Supporting in the Talent Processes when needed, performing benchmark processes and bring great practices in the company
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
1-3 years of experience in HR
Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
Social media knowledge and employer branding activation experience is a plus
HR Analytical Skills
Excellence in MS Office Programs
Advanced written and spoken English and Turkish
Diversity & Inclusion agenda activation experience
