Responsibilities

Finance:

Tracking financial transactions (daily & weekly).
Supporting bookkeeping process.
Contacting suppliers which are not integrated to e-invoice system.
Following up of contracts with the suppliers including invoicing and payments.
Processing monthly accounting procedures.
Supporting finance team for the R&D applications and monthly R&D transactions.
Controlling monthly regular tax declarations.
Supporting monthly payroll process.
Supporting business plan, budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
Devoloping and improving digital innovations & projects for reducing complexity and manual procedures.

Administrative Affairs:

Contributing to the office requirement activities.
Managing contracting process with suppliers.
Supporting office matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting fields.
Strong knowledge in Turkish GAAP.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
0-2 years experience in finance and accounting related fields.
Prior internship or work experience in IT/Technology industry and/or startup environments is a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, flexible, highly motivated and result-oriented personality.
Strong analytical and numerical skills
