We are searching for a highly motivated HR & Administrative Affairs Manager for our factory in Senegal.

Job Description

Reporting to Director on managing all-rounded HR functions and office administration.
Providing a full spectrum of HR professional skills and knowledge to the company, including General HR, recruitment, HR Policy, On/offboarding, C&B, Payroll, etc.
Overseeing foreign workers recruitment, medical checkup, immigration issue, permit, and passport renewal.
Implementing effective HR policy in line with government legislation and company policies.
Ensuring compliance with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant statutory requirements.
Organizing, maintaining, and updating personnel records. Ensuring up-to-date HR database.
Performing full spectrum of office administrative operations and functions, review and implement administrative procedures and policies
Oversee daily administration activities such as office supplies control & procurement, equipment maintenance, facilities & IT asset management, vendor contract negotiation & renewal, etc.
Providing solid suggestions and solutions in handling daily administration issues or tasks;
Preparing regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rate, attendance…etc) and administrative reports, analysis for management review.
Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 10 years of Human Resources experience primarily in the area of HR Generalist; with Administrative Affairs experience is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office with good Excel and PowerPoint skillset
Fluency in both spoken and written French
Detail-oriented, independent, resourceful, and able to perform multi-tasks
Task-oriented, flexible with strong management and communication skills
